OHENE SHIPPING POLICY Last updated: May 2026
PROCESSING TIMES
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or U.S. federal holidays will begin processing the next business day. A shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be sent once your order has been fulfilled.
OHENE reserves the right to extend processing times during new product launches, high-volume periods, or circumstances beyond our control. Any known delays will be communicated to customers via email.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING (UNITED STATES)
Standard Shipping (5–8 business days) around $5.00 Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days) around $12.00 Free Standard Shipping on all orders $60.00 and over.
Delivery estimates begin from the date of shipment, not the date of purchase, and do not include processing time. OHENE mostly ships via USPS and/or UPS. Carrier selection is at our discretion.
LOCAL PICKUP — BOSTON, MA
Free local pickup is available at Northeastern University, 370 Huntington Avenue, Boston, MA 02115. To use this option, select "Local Pickup" at checkout. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready, typically within 24 hours of processing.
Please bring your order confirmation (digital or printed) when collecting your order. Orders not collected within 14 calendar days of the ready notification will be cancelled and refunded to the original payment method, minus any applicable transaction fees.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
OHENE ships internationally. Rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.
Estimated delivery times: Canada and United Kingdom: 7–14 business days All other international destinations: 10–21 business days
International customers are solely responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, and any other charges assessed by their country's customs authority. These fees are not included in the order total or shipping charge and are non-refundable by OHENE. If a package is refused or returned due to unpaid customs fees, the customer will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. Refunds in such cases will be issued for the product only, not the original shipping charge.
OHENE is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or local postal services outside the United States.
ORDER TRACKING
A tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout once your order ships. If you have not received tracking information within 5 business days of your order date, please contact us at support@oheneclub.com before contacting your carrier.
INCORRECT ADDRESSES
Customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the shipping address entered at checkout. OHENE is not responsible for orders lost, delayed, or undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at support@oheneclub.com. We will make every effort to correct the address before shipment, but we cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has been fulfilled.
LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED ORDERS
If your order is marked as delivered but has not arrived, please first check with neighbors, building management, and your local post office, as carriers sometimes mark packages delivered prematurely.
If your order arrives damaged, contact us at ohene.club@gmail.com within 7 calendar days of the delivery date. Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will assess the situation and, at our discretion, offer a replacement or store credit.
OHENE is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. We strongly recommend selecting a secure delivery location at checkout. For high-value orders, we recommend purchasing shipping insurance at checkout if available.
RETURNS DUE TO NON-DELIVERY
If a package is returned to us by the carrier due to an undeliverable address, refusal of delivery, or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you via email. You will have the option to pay for reshipment or receive a refund for the product only. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
FORCE MAJEURE
OHENE is not liable for shipping delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, extreme weather, carrier disruptions, customs delays, public health emergencies, or acts of government.
